Dustin Seguin
Lawyer

A proud member of Norway House Cree Nation and of Cree/Red River Métis heritage, Dustin served for over a decade as a Military Police Officer with the Canadian Armed Forces prior to graduating from the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Law. He articled at a leading Bay Street national law firm in Toronto working on complex corporate and commercial transactions and high-stakes litigation, and later practiced at a boutique firm specializing in First Nations law, where he worked closely with Indigenous leadership to enhance their business and governance structures.

He has a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by Indigenous communities throughout Manitoba and Ontario, through both lived and professional experience.

Gordon Scott Campbell
Barrister - Avocat

Gordon earned civil law (B.C.L) and common law (L.L.B.) degrees from the McGill University Faculty of Law and served with the Constitutional Law Division of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, the Federal Prosecution Service and the Department of Justice Canada, the Federal Treaty Negotiation Office and the Comprehensive & Specific Claims Branches of Indigenous & Northern Affairs Canada where he was Senior Negotiator and Portfolio Manager for Manitoba and Northern Ontario claims.

He has conducted hundreds of civil and criminal court trials, administrative hearings, judicial reviews and appeals before the Supreme Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal, Federal Court, Tax Court of Canada, and provincial appellate, superior and lower courts in both French and English.

He has served as lead negotiator on numerous Indigenous Title, Treaty and Rights claims in Manitoba and Ontario, helped establish the Specific Claims Tribunal Canada, assisted with Indigenous governance issues, dealt with the mining, forestry, fisheries and energy industries, and is the author of several law books published by Thompson Reuters Carswell, Les Éditions Yvon Blais and LexisNexis.

Shanelle Dover
Lawyer

Shanelle worked at a national Toronto-based law firm where she honed her skills in trial advocacy, legal research, and written submissions. She was a member of litigation teams preparing for judge-alone and jury trials, attended mediations, and supported clients through all stages of the dispute process. She also practiced at a leading regulatory law firm, representing professionals in registration, disciplinary, and investigative matters before their governing bodies.

Prior to her call to the Ontario Bar, Shanelle built a nearly decade-long career in banking, with her most recent role in anti-money laundering. She developed strong skills in risk assessment, compliance, and complex financial investigations, which now inform her work on litigation and regulatory matters.

Shanelle is also a professionally trained mediator, equipped to help parties navigate conflict with clarity, neutrality, and resolution-focused guidance. She brings empathy and structure to every mediation, creating space for thoughtful dialogue and practical outcomes.
